A letter from one of our volunteers at Zonnebloem.....

'Today I'm nearly singing and dancing. I did games 25, 26 and 27 with Mpho. He could sound and write all of the words!!!!!!! A few confusions between 'a' and 'e' but nothing like he was before. He said his mom has been helping him.

He even managed a very easy pink book.

His sentence said " I can rid and I can spel"

I wrote " How does that make you feel?"

He wrote " I feel good and I feel hapy"

I helped a bit here, by showing him where I had written feel, in the past that would have meant nothing to him.

 There is a light at the very end of the tunnel.'
