Sixty Seven Minutes, Mandela Day

Several things linked to the Shine Centre happened for Mandela Day on Sunday.
Atmosphere, the PR company who does work for us pro-bono every month, covered books for us on Friday: thank you all so much! See photos below. It makes such a difference to have books covered in plastic: they last longer and stay clean. Leigh Anne got a crowd together and spent the 67 minutes tidying and sorting the Shine centre at Zonnebloem. I got a crowd together for a lunch/walk/working party, and we covered books and made matchbook books for our new Narrative Therapy practices (see earlier). As one of our friends, Jacqui Ahrends said 'We should do this every week: fun, friends and community work combined!'
Atmosphere, the PR company that does a lot of pro-bono work for us, recently spent Friday morning covering books for us: several of their staff also committed to Sponsor a Child. We are so delighted to have their commitment and help.
