Strategy planning 2011

We spent a week planning the next three years of where Shine is going: it was a very exciting time, facilitated by Paul Abrams. We spent an evening with the board, and three days together, deciding on the direction going forward. Exciting plans ahead. Ann Beachyhead told Paul that she had found the strategy planning meetings the most useful she had encountered in her long and illustrious career: Paul was great at keeping us on track, and asking us some tough questions that needed to be answered.He has an innate sense of the organisation, and helped us get the most out of the time we spent together.
